Your menopause,

your way

Hi, I’m Dr Lou

I’ve spent years researching and teaching about women, ageing, and menopause

and I’ve lived it too

If you’re…

  • looking for evidence-based information about menopause to feel informed, not fearful

  • feeling unsettled by changes in your body and mind and wanting ways to manage them

  • not feeling like yourself and wanting to understand why and what to do about it

  • juggling perimenopause alongside work and home and needing practical ways to cope

  • hoping to reframe this phase into a chance to reset, refocus, and grow

let me help. Finding this phase challenging is not unusual, but it is absolutely possible to thrive.

Testimonials

"I have found my coaching sessions with Louise have given me valuable time to reflect. Her pre session questionnaire and our first session were beneficial to me straight away - they both gave focus for the sessions as well as giving me the opportunity to take the time out to see where I am with my menopause journey, the changes it has unknowingly made me make. The time with Louise and her fabulous approach have given me the space to start a journey of revisiting my purpose, what gives me joy in life, where I am now and where I would like to head. I am already making more conscious steps to find some joy and motivation both which I felt I had lost. Louise is easy to talk to, gentle and supportive in her approach.”

Fran

“I approached Lou as I had not been feeling like me for a while. I had tried to sort out the root of this issue alone, but had made little progress, so I hoped Lou could help me figure out what has changed and more importantly why. At 52, I am navigating midlife changes, whilst juggling a demanding career and 3 children as a single mum. Lou created a supportive safe space for me to refocus, learn who I am again and take control back. My symptoms (brain fog, lethargy) are feeling more manageable too, now that I’m better informed about ways to deal with them. She is patient, incredibly knowledgeable with no judgement. Thank you Lou, I can't recommend you enough.”

Fay

“Overall, Louise is a terrific educator and enthusiastic advocate for anyone going through menopause and anyone seeking to know more about how to support and empower those they work with who may be finding the menopausal transition a challenge. I confidently recommend her as an informed, passionate and credible workplace trainer and coach.”
